The Babylon International Animation Film Festival, held at the Sumer Cinema in the historic city of Babylon in Iraq, is the first festival dedicated to animated films, and its fifth edition will be held from February 26-27, 2025.

Rules & Terms

1_ The duration of the film should not exceed 10 minutes 
2_ The festival accepts films produced within the last three years. 
3_ The film must not be shown on television or on social media 
4_ The film should not incite sectarian and racial violence
